One address, read by a person. This is a static site with no forms and no tracking, so email is the only channel and that is deliberate.

What helps
Writing a useful message
A figure looks wrong. Include the page URL, the specific number, and what you computed instead. If you worked from the same BTS monthly files, say which months. This is the most valuable mail the site receives and it gets checked against the raw filings.
A route has no page. Routes need at least 365 flights over twelve months to earn one. Send the city pair and it will be checked against the current data; if it clears the floor but sits outside the top-volume cut, it may still appear as a row inside its airport's page.
An airport or carrier is named wrong. The lookup tables are hand-maintained and do go stale when an airport is renamed. Send the code and the correct name.
Press and research. The underlying data is public domain and free to reuse. Figures from this site can be quoted with the period attached, since a delay statistic without a date is not a statistic. Happy to explain the methodology in more detail than the methodology page covers.
What this address cannot do
Not a channel for these
This site has no relationship with any airline and cannot rebook, refund, compensate or look up a flight for you. The live status page covers airports, not flights: it cannot tell you anything about a specific departure. For that, contact the airline directly.
It also cannot give legal advice. The guide to passenger rights describes what DOT rules require in general terms, and the Department's aviation consumer protection site is the authority on any specific case.
